The age of consent for sex in Switzerland is 16.

This is the case throughout the country and is regardless of your nationality. If you have sexual relations with someone who is younger than 16 then you are committing a crime! You could end up in court or be fined. You could even get a jail sentence. If you are younger than 16 then your clients are committing a crime. If you are in a relationship, then the rules are slightly less strict.
