There is no risk of contracting HIV:
- from using toilets or washrooms
- from coughing and sneezing
- from shaking hands, touching or hugging
- from eating from the same crockery
- from drinking from the same glass
- from insect bites
- from using a swimming pool
- from massage
- from masturbation.
